The founder of The Mental Edge Inc. Developed the subconscious recognition technology
used by The Mental Edge. He has conducted research on the Mental Edge programs and the results
showed that the programs can start causing a positive effect in 5 days. Has had his own business
for over 20 years. Former High School teacher. Former golf club pro.
BS Degree from Southern Utah University in athletic coaching.
Susan Asay Vice President and Director of Marketing
 A graduate of business Marketing at the
University of Utah. Has been involved in the network
marketing industry for over 10 years. Was a founding member of a gel nail
company and was involved in start up operations. Was involved in marketing
strategies for several companies, and has been involved with writing affirmations
for the programs of the Mental Edge
for the past 5 years. Certified in Hypnotherapy.
Edgar Zurita Production Director
 Edgar has worked in the recording industry for over 18 years. He currently is the President
and CEO of Andes Productions Inc. a media production company; He has also partnered with The
Mental Edge in producing and the fulfillment on the Mental Edge Programs He graduated from
Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science Degree In Electronic Engineering and
later a Degree in Sound Recording Engineering.
Brenda Clemons Network Marketing Specialist
 Brenda has a background in Business Management and
Marketing and has worked the past 10 years, and is currently working, in the technology/network marketing industry.
During those years she has worked for Infotrax, the #1 provider of Network Marketing Software,
Compensation Plans and Consulting.
She also serves as Managing Director of MLM.com, one of the largest network marketing community websites.
In the past, Brenda has also assisted in the 2 year start up of a health/nutritional products with a Network Marketing Company. She has recently become involved with The Mental Edge Inc. in the capacity, director of Marketing and Sales for the Network Marketing Division, providing revolutionary subliminal technology CD's, customized to each client's product or service needs in an effort to help their Distributors improve sales and productivity.
Eric Gurr Director of Accounting
Mr. Gurr currently serves as the outside CPA firm for Mental Edge, Inc.
Mr. Gurr is currently sole owner of Eric Gurr CPA LLC an Accounting and Wealth Management practice located in Orem, Utah. Mr. Gurr provides accounting, tax preparation & planning, estate and financial planning services to individuals and business owners. Mr. Gurr is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Gurr has also served as CEO for NACT Telecommunications, Inc. a U.S. based provider of telecommunications software and hardware to service providers worldwide. He joined NACT in June 1989 and until December 1998 served as the company's Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary/Treasurer. In 1997, Mr. Gurr led the company through a successful $30.0 million IPO and then a successful sale of the company to World Access for approximately $140 million in 1998. Mr. Gurr served as President of NACT from 1999 - 2000, leading NACT to record annual revenues of $50 million. Mr. Gurr also served as President and CFO for a Fullerton, California, based telecommunication company from May 2000 to January 2002. From May of 2003 to December 2004, Mr. Gurr served as General Manager, Vice President of NACT.
Gordon Duval Corporate Attorney
 Gordon Duval is an attorney who has been advising companies and businesses for 22 years.
He has appeared numerous times in Utah and Alaska appellate courts on business related issues.
In addition to advising companies and local governments, he has owned businesses in Oregon,
Utah and Alaska. He currently is the president of a general contracting company in Oregon and the
president of a law firm in Utah.
